In Case You Missed It:
(Announcements and other information that have previously appeared in the Daily Brief.)

MSU roof remediation/construction project update:
Please be advised that the parking areas adjacent to the MSU metered lot are currently accessible, while the metered lot continues to be blocked-off during this phase of the roof project.

From now through Aug. 22 there will be intermittent periods when both the surrounding lots and the metered parking lot will be blocked off in order to reduce the potential for overspray contact or damage to vehicles.

Please note when the barriers are put in place to block parking, it is being done to protect your vehicles.

Please be sure to share this information with those who may be impacted by this and not have access to email. Thank you for your continued patience as this project progresses.

Fire pumps to be tested on Friday
- The fire pumps in Old Main, Bonner, Deatrick and Dixon will be flow tested on Friday, Jul. 29. These annual flow tests assure proper function of the pumps required to boost water flow and pressure to the fire suppression systems in these buildings. During these tests, which usually last only a few minutes, you may see large volumes of water discharging outside the building and finding it’s way to the nearest storm water drains. Please exercise caution if you walk or drive in the vicinity of this water flow during these tests. Please direct any questions to firesafety@kutztown.edu.
