ANNOUNCEMENTS


PASSHE will be performing SAP disaster recovery testing on Friday, Jun. 10. The system will go offline at noon on Friday and will not be available again until after the normal back up finishes on Saturday morning. Systems affected are SAP HR/timekeeping, purchasing/materials management, Employee Self Serve, Manager Self Serve, E-time and Business Intelligence. If you need information from any of these systems, please access them before noon on Friday. We apologize for any inconvenience but this is a necessary test and provides assurance that our systems can be up and running in the event of a disaster.

Student Union & Involvement Services is sponsoring Ice Cream Truck and Treats on Wednesday, June 15 from 12 - 1:30 p.m. on the MSU Lawn. There will be an ice cream truck with free ice cream treats, as well as popcorn, hot dogs, and lawn games. Please remind your students to bring their KU ID. This event is paid for out of student activity fees and is therefore only open to current KU Students.

2011 Kutztown Folk Festival seeks volunteers
from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, July 2 to Sunday, July 10 to assist in several areas at the 2011 Festival. Assignments are available as greeters at the festival gates, survey takers to interview visitors and several other general tasks. Volunteers may sign up for 3-hour shifts throughout the week. Free passes as well as a Festival pin are our gift to you! This is our way of showing our appreciation to our volunteers.
