In Case You Missed It:
(Announcements and other information that have previously appeared in the Daily Brief.)
Purchase Requisitions for Aramark – just a friendly reminder when creating purchase orders for catering, the vendor # that should be used in SAP is 1077038 and the material group is 00764 (SRVC-Catering-Bevrge). Sales Orders should be attached to the purchase requisition.  Any questions, feel free to contact Tammy Moyer x3-4136 or tmoyer@kutztown.edu

Cost per copy program - Beginning with the 2012 fiscal year, there will be internal accounting changes associated with the cost per copy program with Edwards Business Systems. This will streamline our current process, as departments will no longer be required to enter blanket purchase orders to Edwards for their in-house department copies. Funds will now be reserved for this service in SAP by the Budget Office. Much like a purchase order, these funds will be encumbered for Edwards copy service only, and the total amount reserved will be based upon a department’s 2010/2011 usage. If you have any questions, you may contact Anise Freeman, Purchasing, (x3-4774) or Matt Delaney, Budget Office x3-4817.
