The Institutional Climate Initiative is a very important survey for our students,
faculty and staff. If we are to truly understand how to improve our campus environment and make the necessary changes to KU, we need to first hear from you.  The survey can be accessed at www.KUclimate.com. It needs to be completed by April 1.

The survey takes about 20-40 minutes to complete, a relatively small investment of time to make such a big difference.

(A paper and pencil version of the survey is also available. Read through all of the instructions and consent information prior to starting the survey. Your answers are confidential and all of the results will be reported in group-form only. Your participation in this project is voluntary.)

Help make KU an even better place to study, live, work and learn.

The following DVDS were added to the media library and are available in the AV Center:

Paris The Luminous Years (DVD 4659)
“Paris The Luminous Years” tells the epic story of Paris from an unprecedented point of view-not as the familiar, glamorous backdrop for the revolutions that exploded there, but as the active protagonist, catalyst, and midwife to modernity.  The film spotlights now-famous key figures in the art world’s first international avant-garde, tracing who came to Paris and why, who they met, what they made there, and how being in Paris transformed them and their work.

Killing Us Softly 4
(DVD 4667) In this new, highly anticipated update of her pioneering “Killing Us Softly” series, the first in more than a decade, Jean Kilbourne takes a fresh look at how advertising traffics in distorted and destructive ideals of femininity.
