Summer Hours – As in past years, the University will initiate summer hours beginning May 9, the Monday following commencement.  These hours will remain in effect through Friday, August 26.  Summer hours will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a half-hour lunch.  Anyone who has a need to maintain the normal winter hours may submit a request through their supervisory line. Approval for such a request will be at the vice presidential level.  Enjoy your summer.

Extended Finals Week Hours at Multicultural Center:   Please let students know that the Multicultural Center will have extended hours during Finals Week for studying. The hours will be:

Sunday, May 1:  6 p.m.- midnight
Monday May 2 - Wednesday, May 4:  8 a.m. - midnight
Thursday, May 5 and Friday, May 6:  8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

There are computers and printers for their use and the building is now wireless for their convenience. Any questions, please call x3-4807.

Clean up, clean out, don't throw that out - The Women’s Center is again collecting new and used clothing, household goods, linens, paper goods, art supplies, toys, toiletries, feminine products, baby supplies and food for local agencies. Please bring your donations to the Women’s Center Oasis, OM 3 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, May 2 through Friday, May 6. Donation boxes are also located in each residence hall. Thank you!
