The University Storeroom will be conducting our annual inventory June 6 - 9. During this time, the storeroom will be unable to make campus deliveries. We will resume our regular delivery schedule on June 10. While the storeroom is conducting inventory, the SAP System will not allow users to process material reservations online. The storeroom will begin running the necessary transactions in preparation for inventory at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 3.

It is imperative that campus users refrain from attempting to use the material reservation transaction codes during this time. The system will resume accepting material reservation transactions beginning on Friday, June 10. Please remember that users should NOT attempt to input material reservations during this time, the transaction will not only be rejected, but it will also have an impact on the storeroom inventory process. If you have any questions, concerns, or emergency needs during this time, please contact Tim Good, storeroom supervisor at x3-4139 or via email at: good@kutztown.edu

Website assistance requests - Please be advised that the University Relations web team is in the midst of redesigning the university’s website. The university will have a new website in the coming school year, so please consider this when deciding on beginning any website projects for your areas. Because of our project, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to assist you with day-to-day maintenance of the existing websites. We will accommodate requests as time permits, however, we need to ask for at least four weeks notice so that we can plan and implement changes properly. Thank you for your understanding.
