ANNOU
NCEMENTS

Don’t forget to follow KU football in the NCAA Division II Playoffs this Saturday at New Haven.
You can hear all the action live on WEEU Radio 830 AM in southeastern Pennsylvania and worldwide on the web at kubears.com. Matt Santos and Josh Leiboff, KU football’s original broadcast team, will bring you color commentary beginning at 11:45 a.m. A win would propel the Golden Bears to the Super Region I Championship on December 3 either at home or in North Carolina, and put them two wins away from a trip to the national title game. For more information on all coverage options, visit kubears.com. Be sure to tune in this Saturday!

The Kutztown University Foundation and Alumni Engagement office will be sponsoring a fan bus to Connecticut
on Saturday, Nov. 26, as the Golden Bears take on the University of New Haven in an NCAA Super Region 1 playoff match up. The cost is $40 per person (includes the price of the ticket). KU faculty and staff may take advantage of this offer. Reservations must be paid in advance and space is limited. The bus will be leaving from the Wiesenberger Alumni Center parking lot (B4) at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday. To reserve your spot today, please sign-up and pay online at www.give2ku.org or call 610-683-4110.

KU Faculty and staff may also reserve a space on the KU Student Involvement Fan Bus to New Haven during business hours today. A $40 deposit is required. $10 will be returned on the bus to pay admission at the stadium gate. Please contact the Student Involvement Office in  MSU today if interested.

Holiday Baskets - There is still time to design a basket of holiday treasures for the holiday season! Baskets should be gift-wrapped in cellophane and can be dropped off at the Dean of Students office, MSU 262. Please give your basket a creative name and identify who it is being sponsored by. If you would like to donate a basket but are afraid you cannot get it in by Monday, Nov. 28, please contact Susan Mangold, at x3-1396 or mangold@kutztown.edu.

The baskets will be displayed on-campus in MSU, Wednesday, Nov. 30 and Friday, Dec. 2, where donations will be accepted as chances to win the various baskets. They will then be displayed off-campus at Trinity Lutheran Church on Sunday, Dec. 4 during Kutztown’s “Christmas on the Main.” Winners of baskets will be contacted the week of Dec. 5.

Anyone can participate - staff, faculty, departments, clubs and organizations. Please consider this opportunity to do something fun that will benefit the KUBoK Neighborhood Watch—Kutztown University and Borough of Kutztown volunteers who help to provide a safe presence in our community.
