Facilities Move - The Facilities offices and services currently located in Old Main I Wing, along with the Environmental Health & Safety office, will be moving to the Facilities building on Baldy Street during the week of Jan. 2, 2013. Areas involved in the move include Facilities Administration, Key and Lock shop, Custodial Services, University Architect, the Work Control Center, Facilities Project Services, and the Office of Environmental Health & Safety.
During this time, services provided by these areas will be limited to emergencies. A Facilities representative will be available by telephone (x3-1594) to handle emergencies from 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. during this period of time. Emergencies outside of these times should be called to Public Safety (x3-4002). Routine requests can continue to be entered online via I-Service desk and maintenance services will continue to operate normally during this time. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving you from our Baldy Street address after Jan. 5, 2013.
