The College of Education is pleased to announce that Brenda Snyder
will be joining the Dean’s Office as administrative assistant to the Dean,
effective Feb. 27. Darrell H. Garber, dean, College of Education The Department of Music will present its Annual Faculty Scholarship Benefit Recital on Monday, Feb. 20, at 7:30 p.m. in the Georgian Room of OM. A total of 15 faculty members will be featured, performing works of Ewazen, Mozart, Piazzolla, Poulenc, Scarlatti and others. The finale features an ensemble of 11 faculty members performing Zodiac, a new work by student composer Sarah Slater. This is the only concert for which the department charges admission; $20 for adults, and $2 for students. We hope you will consider joining us for a memorable evening of great music to benefit the music scholarship program.
