The three weekends planned for these outages: 6/29-7/2; 8/17-20; and 11/23-26.
Please see the information detailing these outages here: http://www.kutztown.edu/news/brief/2012/June/12-06-13DataCenterServiceOutageSchedule.pdf

KUR has once again partnered with the L.A. Theatre Works to bring listeners a special two-hour radio play entitled "8." Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Martin Sheen, and Kevin Bacon lead an all-star cast in a timely portrait of an American civil-rights struggle. In the state of California, Proposition 8 has been passed to ban same-sex marriage... and two of the country's biggest lawyers have joined forces to strike it down. L.A. Theatre Works and KUR present the debut radio broadcast of "8" by Dustin Lance Black. Directed by Rob Reiner and produced for the stage by the American Foundation for Equal Rights and Broadway Impact. This special broadcast will be heard Wednesday, Jun. 27, 1-3 p.m. during the normal time for "Monsoon Mike's Community Jukebox." Monsoon Mike will be off this week and is turning the microphone over to this special broadcast expounding upon KUR's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Spread the word.

Service Request Schedule/Special Event Support - In an effort to better serve our customers, the Facilities Office schedules events, moves, and deliveries in advance. Timely planning and notification by our customers will greatly increase our opportunity for success in this area. Because of the many varied interests and competing priorities, we must be able to better anticipate use of our limited resources. In the future, the Facilities Department may not be able to guarantee that we will service requests on short notice, since doing so may impact other customers' planned requests. Please submit your set-up requests and special event support needs at least two weeks in advance in order to assure that you will have the level of support that you need. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
