Recognition Breakfast, to honor and recognize the efforts and
accomplishments of the team of faculty, managers, professional staff and support
personnel who do so much for Kutztown University will be held on Thursday,
May 17, at the Michael A. O’Pake Field House from 8:30 to 10 a.m.
All faculty and staff are cordially invited to attend.
As part of this breakfast, we will be honoring our colleagues who have
reached significant milestones in their careers or are retiring from Kutztown
University. The service awards will be presented at 9 a.m. Please see who

(OCAC) and Kutztown Community Partnership (KCP) hosts the "Keepin' it Kutztown"
Annual Community Block Party on Sunday, May 6, noon to 4 p.m. on the 100 - 200
blocks of Main St. in Kutztown. Come out for live entertainment, free food, arts
and crafts, and activities from a rock wall to a moon bounce. OCAC and KCP are
looking for student volunteers as well as organizations and companies to purchase

Open Enrollment Period for PASSHE Health Benefits (not for AFSCME or SCUPA) is April 30 through May 11, 2012. Open Enrollment Newsletters were emailed directly to applicable employees from the Harrisburg Central Office on April 27, 2012. Open Enrollment is your opportunity to enroll in a health plan; waive your plan coverage; change health plans or add or remove covered dependents. The Open Enrollment Newsletter emailed to you should be reviewed for new employee premium contributions; change in the retail pharmacy network and other important benefit information and disclosure to be effective July 1, 2012. Open Enrollment changes will need to be made using the Employee Self Service (ESS) System beginning April 30, 2012, and must be entered prior to the deadline of May 11, 2012.
