Lost and Found:
If you lost something on campus this semester, please stop by the Communication Center in Public Safety to see if it was turned in. We receive Lost and Found items frequently from different campus locations. Even if you have checked on something earlier in the semester, please check again! It’s possible an item you checked on before may now be in our Lost and Found inventory. Our office is located in the basement of OM, Room 15. We will donate unclaimed items by May 18, 2012.

Although we are sad to see her leave, after a total of 38 faithful years at KU, Linda deserves the send-off we have planned. KU Dining Services
- Kutztown University Dining Services Office is announcing to the university community that Viewpoints dining area, upstairs in the South Dining Hall, will no longer be available for eating in beginning this summer. Meals purchased at the Southside Café will remain in this area. Beginning this summer Viewpoints will be available to university offices and programs for meeting/meal use similar to using conference room A and B though the conference services reservation process.
      

KU Dining Services – Green Meal Tickets

The green meal tickets that are currently being used at the South Side Cafe will expire May 31, 2012.  Any unused meal tickets that are left can be returned to Tammy Moyer, Purchasing Dept., 223B Stratton Administration Center along with the PO number that needs to be closed for those tickets. Starting June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013, the new meal tickets will be orange. 

 

The NEW pricing for the Orange Meal Tickets starting June 1, 2012 for South Side Cafe will be:

ATHLETICS
After winning the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional 1, KU hosts West Virginia Wesleyan in the NCAA Atlantic Super Regional best of three series on May 11-12 at North Campus Field. Kutztown is currently ranked third by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association and tied the school record with its 48th win of the season. The WV Wesleyan Bobcats are 40-12 and won the Atlantic Regional 2, hosted by California (Pa.).

KU softball pitcher Samantha Derr tossed her 28th victory of the year to become the KU single-season record holder for wins in a season, en route to defeating fourth-seeded Indiana (Pa.) 5-2, Sunday afternoon in the NCAA Atlantic Regional 1 Site Championship. The Golden Bears (48-4 overall), who are ranked third in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Top 25 poll, also tied the school record for wins in a season with their victory on Sunday.

Kutztown advanced to the NCAA Atlantic Super Regionals and will likely host West Virginia Wesleyan in a best-of-three series, beginning on Friday, May 11. The winner of the series advances to the Division II Softball World Series in Louisville, Ky. Sunday's win marked the second time, under the helm of Kutztown University head coach Judy Lawes, that the Golden Bears have reached the super regionals.
