New KU Study Abroad Opportunity in Turkey
- During Summer I 2013, Dr. Kim Shively (Anthropology) will be offering a study
abroad course in Turkey. The course, ANT/SOC/HIS History and Culture of Turkey
will serve as a basis for a two-week study abroad trip in Istanbul and Western
Turkey. Ottoman, Byzantine, Roman and Greek sites will be the focus of the tour.
For those who are interested, information sessions will be held on Feb. 5 at 5
p.m. in AF 103, and on Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. in OM 23. Students may also contact Dr.
