NEW Student ID’s
(Social Security Number Conversion to Student ID Number)
Because KU cares about student privacy, we will be issuing new student ID numbers so that social security numbers are no longer the primary identification number for our students. With the new student ID number, social security numbers will not be requested from students to obtain KU services, but will remain for required uses such as financial aid. This conversion is scheduled for early May.  Please click here for more information regarding this conversion.

NEW Student ID Cards
In conjunction with the SSN Conversion as stated above, all students will need to get a NEW ID card through the One-Card office starting May 18th.  Please click here for more information regarding the Re-Carding process.

NEW Student Email accounts
The student email system will be upgraded to Microsoft LIVE@EDU on May 6th, please click here for more information on how to migrate your email and set up this new account.

NEW Refund Policy
Starting Fall 2009 Kutztown University and all PASSHE schools will implement a NEW refund policy regarding course and University withdrawals.  This new policy is dramatically different and it is highly encouraged you review the policy in advance. All registered students will follow this policy.  Please click here for more information regarding the policy.
