"Secrets of the Orion Nebula" Planetarium Show

The Orion Nebula, or "Messier Object #42" (M42), is located near the famous Orion's Belt in the well-known winter constellation of Orion. What is happening to all of the gas and dust in the Orion Nebula, and why does it glow as brightly as it does?

Secrets of the Orion Nebula, a new live and interactive planetarium show available only at the Kutztown University Planetarium, will answer these questions and more. The audience will play an important role in this show and, if weather permits, everyone will have a spectactular view of the Orion Nebula through the research-grade telescope located above the planetarium in the KU Observatory.
