  1. If you do not know your PIN number or were never issued a PIN, you should contact the Registrar's Office by any of the following ways:
     1. In person during normal Registrar's Office business hours. Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00 pm., 115 Stratton Admin. Building. Please bring your valid KU photo ID.
     2. Telephone the Registrar's Office during normal business hours. 610-683-4485.
     3. E-mail any of the Registrar's Office staff. Click on here or on "Registrar's Office Staff & Functions" option for e-mail addresses
  
  
  
  2. If you know your PIN number:
     1. Go to Kutztown University's home page http://www.kutztown.edu
     2. Click the dropdown menu box labeled "Search With Quick Clicks"
     3. Click the link titled "Online Student Services"
     4. Enter your social security number and your PIN and click "Login"
     5. If successful, you will receive a page showing the "Online Student Services" main menu.
     6. Click on the main menu category "Academics".
     7. Click on "Request Official Transcript".

1. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC,
   click Here to download it(it is free).
2. Follow the directions on Adobe's download page and install it on your PC.
3. Once installed click here Transcript form(20kb) and open it using the acrobat reader.
4. From the Acrobat reader select "File" from the menu bar, then Print.
5. Fill out the form and mail it to the Registrar's Office.

When sending transcripts via Federal Express, UPS, Priority Mail, etc.
