CRIME ALERT
Crime: Indecent Assault
Date of Occurrence: 1/29/2012
Time of Occurrence: Between 4 a.m. and 4:40 a.m.
Location: Berks Hall
Reported to the Police: 1/29/2012 at
4:59 a.m. The Kutztown University
Department of Public Safety and Police Services is conducting an
investigation into a reported Indecent Assault. The Indecent
Assault is reported to have occurred in Berks Hall. The University
Police received the report of the incident on the 29th of
January 2012, and have begun to investigate the incident. The
alleged offender is known to the victim and has been identified to
the police.
If you feel uncomfortable in
someone’s presence, trust your feelings and take steps to distance
yourself from him or her. Don’t be afraid to make a scene if
necessary. Tell someone! If you are victimized, KU has several

Report any suspicious persons or
activity to the University Police. Call for an on-campus walking
escort when you are without one, by dialing 34002 from any on campus
phone or 610-683-4002 from your cell phone.

incident is urged to contact the University Police at Extension
34001. Confidential information can be given by dialing
extension 3TIPS or 38477.
