SECA, the State Employee Combined Appeal, is an annual campaign to support the good works among the many charitable organizations under the SECA umbrella located across the Commonwealth.
"SECA: My Story..." is the theme for this year’s State Employee Combined Appeal (SECA) campaign.

Friends and Colleagues, The State Employee Combined Appeal campaign has been extended through this Friday November 9, 2012. The weather events of last week have affected many if not all of us. Through SECA I would encourage you to make a pledge to help those in need. If you haven’t considered SECA before but would like to contribute to relief organizations that are helping to clean up, feed and shelter those displaced by the storm, or support one of the over 1400 charitable organizations under the SECA umbrella, now is the time to give through convenient payroll deductions.
