"Gems of Generosity"

SECA, the State Employee Combined Appeal, is an annual campaign to support the good works among the many charitable organizations under the SECA umbrella located across the Commonwealth. This year represents the 30th year of SECA giving. To celebrate this milestone, SECA has chosen "GEMS OF GENEROSITY" to represent the many employees who choose SECA as their method of providing assistance to help feed the hungry, provide safe water, offer emergency services to disaster victims and/or other services to those who are in need. Through SECA, many of us experience the power and personal gratification in giving.

The SECA campaign has begun and will run through October 24, 2007. All payroll deduction forms must be in by November 1, 2007 to assure processing by the first pay period in January.
