Deatrick Hall is a modified single-sex hall - the lower three floors house men and the top three floors house women. Many athletes choose to make their homes in Deatrick because it remains open during school breaks when sport teams often have practices or games.
Deatrick offers students many amenities, such as a computer lab, laundry facilities, recreation room and a universal fitness room. The hall is staffed by six community assistants and a 24-hour desk.
