Boehm Science Building contains two seminar rooms, four lecture halls, one chemical stock room and one resource room, which are all shared by the science departments. In addition to the shared facilities in the building, each science department has its own facilities.
The Geography and Geology departments are located on the first floor. The Geography department has two classroom facilities as well as laboratories for Cartography and Geographic Information Systems. The Geology department contains laboratories for Hard Rock Geology, Soft Rock Geology and General Geology. The Geology department also has additional rooms for rock cleaning, research and storage.
The Biology department which is located on the second floor has laboratories, a cold room, instrument room, seminar room, autoclave, dark room, sterile room, wet lab, marine tank room, museum, herbarium, greenhouse and eight student-faculty research laboratories.
The Chemistry department which is located on the third floor has laboratories, an organic instrument room, advanced instrumentation room and two student-faculty research laboratories
The Physics and Astronomy departments, which are located on the fourth floor, have laboratories as well as two student-faculty research spaces, one machine shop and four advanced experiment rooms.
In addition to the all of the science facilities available in the new science building, there are also numerous interaction areas throughout the building.
