The Career Development Center is here to help you define your career goals (destination) and take the necessary steps to achieve those goals (route). The CDC can help you decide/confirm choice of major/minor, explore & research career options, gain experience through externships (job shadowing), volunteer work, and internships, develop workplace etiquette and a personal brand, conduct a job search including: resume & cover letter writing, interviewing, and prepare for graduate school.

We provide free and confidential counseling to all matriculated Kutztown University students. We provide services for students experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, family and relationship troubles, substance use, and other concerns. These services include but are not limited to group and individual counseling, relationship and academic counseling, crisis intervention, alcohol/drug counseling, psychiatric consultation and community referrals.

Financial aid assists you in the payment of your tuition bill. This includes, but is not limited to; Stafford Loans, Parent Plus Loans, alternative loans, grants (state, Pell and other), scholarships and waivers. Loans are funds that must be repaid, most often with interest that varies by lender. Grants, scholarships and waivers are generally funds that do not have to be repaid.

The RISE / Act 101 Program is a support program for PA students who have an academic and financial need. The program collaborates with campus offices to create a student success culture. Through active participation in the program, students will develop responsibility, accountability, leadership and friendships.

Rorhbach Library has librarians "on-call" who can help you find books, articles and other resources for your research papers and projects.  Simply go to the library's Information Desk and a staff member will contact a librarian for you. Student Support Services is a TRiO program funded by the United States Department of Education. Student Support Services is a comprehensive academic support program providing study skills assistance, tutoring, and advising for success in college. Freshmen participants will complete a credit-bearing seminar designed to introduce students to the critical strategies, resources, and responsibilities of a university education.
