  • Check-up from the Neck Up:  Access free screenings to check up on emotional wellness for anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders and more.  The program also provides educational information and helpful resources for self-care.  Visit the MindKare kiosk, currently in the MSU near the Cub Cafe, or online at
  • BearKit: Provides students with information and resources to assist them in caring for their own mental and emotional well-being or that of a friend.  Look for BearKit on the KU Mobile App or online at
  • Chat Café:  Join fellow students at Chat Café, a series of open discussions led by a professional about issues that we all face-- how to manage conflicts and get along with people, how to move on when we stumble, and more.
