Temporary, Part-time Faculty Positions in Composition for Fall 2022

Kutztown University of Pennsylvania enrolls approximately 9,000 students in graduate and undergraduate programs. The University is located in the borough of Kutztown in a charming rural setting, and is within 20 minutes driving time of the diverse metropolitan areas of Allentown/Bethlehem and Reading, and within 60 minutes of the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The University is very interested in hiring employees who have had extensive experience with diverse populations.
The Department of English at Kutztown University invites applications for multiple temporary, part-time positions, teaching one to two courses each, for the Fall semester of 2022. A Master’s degree in English, Writing, Communications, or related field is required, doctorate is preferred. One year of college-level teaching experience is also preferred. Teaching load includes Composition 100 and possibly Composition 200, depending on the candidate’s expertise and department need. Experience working with diverse populations is required.
