MyKU

MyKU is Kutztown University’s student information system. Students, faculty, and staff will find information and materials to assist them in performing specific activities within MyKU.

To access MyKU, myku.kutztown.edu, login with your network ID and password.

What's New?

A new look for MyKU.  The new user interface is easier to use, mobile friendly and customizable which will improve the overall user experience with MyKU.  Feedback received from the user community included “'I would like on computer today“, “Step in the right direction“ and “The features that I like the best are the various tiles with icons which makes it easier to navigate around MYKU.” 

  • MyKU Solution Centers

    The MyKU Solutions Center is a 24/7/365 self-service, fully searchable knowledge base intended to support faculty, staff, students, and parents with MyKU.

  • Enhancement Request

    To request enhancements/modifications to "MyKU," please submit a ticket by emailing helpcenter@kutztown.edu. Please include a detailed description and requirements of your request. All submittals will be reviewed and prioritized by the university Academic Technology Committee to appropriately address the needs of the university community.

  • Term Codes

    Key:
    First digit = Millennium
    Middle digits = Last two digits of year
    Last digit = Term (2=Spring, 5=Summer, 8=Fall)

    Example:

    Term Term Code Key
    Spring 2011 2112 2 = Millennium
    11 = Last two digits of year
    2 = Spring term
    Fall 2014 2148 2 = Millennium
    14 = Last two digits of year
    8 = Fall term
