2 Step Authentication enrollment works best from a computer browser

  • Click here to get started with 2 Step Authentication.
  • If prompted with More Information Required, click Next.
  • In Step 1: How should we contact you?

Choose Mobile app from the drop down menu.

Select “Receive notifications for verification”.

Select the Set up button and follow the 3 steps to download and setup the mobile app, then click Next.

  • On the Additional security verification screen, click Next. An approval push notification will be sent through the app to complete the process.
  • Enter your mobile phone number as your additional security verification.
  • Click Done to complete registration process.

Note: You will be taken to a summary page of security verification information. You can safely close this window or navigate to your mailbox.

  • Alternate Authenticator App Setup
    • Click here to get started with 2 Step Authentication.
    • If prompted with More Information Required, click Next.
    • In Step 1: How should we contact you?

    Choose Mobile app from the drop down menu.

    Select “Use verification code”.

    Select the Set up button.

    • Choose Configure app without notifications.
    • In your alternate authenticator app, add new account and manually enter the Secret Key provided to you in the mobile app configuration.
    • Click Next on the Configure mobile app screen in your browser.
    • On the Additional security verification screen, click Verify your mobile app with the six-digit code from the mobile app.
    • Enter your mobile phone number as your additional security verification.
    • Click Done to complete registration process.
