Classroom Technology & Conferencing
Classroom Technology (CT) maintains and supports all classroom and conference room computers and AV technology, which includes projectors, room speakers, screens, microphones, and room computer.
CT along with the Help Center also provides support for presentation and video conferencing requests for faculty classes and events.
Requests for AV or presentation support is scheduled during normal operating hours. Support can be requested on a weekend for on campus only depending on availability.
Video conferencing using Zoom
Zoom is an online meeting platform that enables you to communicate with students and colleagues in real time.

The KU Zoom portal can be accessed at https://kutztown.zoom.us/.
For Zoom assistance/scheduling at a campus location, please fill out the following form and email it to email@example.com. KU IT recommends 2 weeks notice prior to the event for the Help Center to confirm a Zoom meeting can be supported with a staff member and equipment. Keep in mind, not all rooms on campus can be used for Zoom/Video conferencing.
