How to Rent the Shuttle Buses for Campus Events
Campus departments and organizations may rent the campus shuttle buses for use on campus and within the immediate area of KU. Shuttles are available for rent at the following rates and only outside normal campus shuttle operating hours and with the approval of the shuttle service provider.
For KU Shuttle Bus only when the vehicle is on-site (during the academic year):
2-hour package $709
3-hour package $709
4-hour package $799
5-hour package $889
6-hour package $979
7-hour package $1,069
8-hour package $1,159
For KU Shuttle Bus when the vehicle is off-site (during breaks and the summer months):
2-hour package $809
3-hour package $809

A 5% fuel surcharge will be added to all reservations.
To request 1-3 shuttle buses, please complete and submit this DocuSign form at least two weeks prior to the date the shuttles are needed.
If student organizations want to rent the shuttle buses, the DocuSign form must be submitted by their advisor.
