Spring 2021 Group Exercise Schedule

Group exercise classes begin Monday, February 1st.

Group exercise class space is limited and will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Classes will be held in the North and South Studio in the Student Recreation Center.

  • Monday

    4:00 pm - 4:30 pm:  Spinning Express (Kathy - North Studio)

    4:45 pm - 5:45 pm:  Kickboxing (Kathy - South Studio)

    6:00 pm - 6:30 pm:  Ab Blast (Kathy - South Studio)

    6:45 pm – 7:45 pm:  BodyPump (Kathy - South Studio)

    8:00 pm – 9:00 pm:  Pilates (Kathy - South Studio)

  • Wednesday

    4:00 pm - 4:30 pm:  Spinning Express (Kathy - North Studio)
