Group Exercise Schedule

Group exercise class space is limited and will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Classes will be held in the South Studio on the 2nd floor in the Student Recreation Center.

    4:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Spinning Express (Kathy)

    4:45 pm - 5:45 pm: Pilates (Kathy)

    6:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Ab Blast (Kathy)

    7:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Kickboxing (Kathy)

    8:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Spinning (Kathy)

    5:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Spinning (Kathy)

    6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Pilates (Kathy)

    8:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Body Fit (Kathy)
