Students wishing to park a vehicle on campus for part or all of the spring 2021 semester may purchase a permit beginning on Monday, January 18th via their MyKU account. Please follow the instructions listed below.

Returning students who purchased a full year permit in the Fall 2020 and all vehicles remain the same: You are good to go, no steps need to be taken.

Select Get Permit and follow the instructions to purchase your permit. You will need to upload a photo of your vehicle registration (if your vehicle has never been registered on campus). If your vehicle was previously registered on campus at any point, you will need to email a photo of your valid vehicle registration to parkingpermits@kutztown.edu Please allow 1 full business day for processing and then report to AD 107 M-F 8-4:30 to pick up your permit.

Select Get Permit and follow the instructions to purchase your permit. You will need to upload a photo of your vehicle registration (if your vehicle has never been registered on campus).

If you have had the car on campus as a visitor or received a ticket in the past, your plate could already be in our system. If that is the case, please call 484-646-4249 for assistance in linking the car to your student account. Once this is done,  you will need to email a photo of your valid vehicle registration to parkingpermits@kutztown.edu. Please allow 1 full business day for processing and then report to AD 107 M-F 8-4:30 to pick up your permit.

Due to COVID, registrants are asked to provide materials to Transportation Services in the manners listed above to avoid the transfer of papers between staff and students. Also, to allow time to validate the information that is submitted, please allow a full 24 business hours after registering to pick up your permit.

Similar to the second half of the fall 2020 semester, all students who register their vehicles are able to park in white-lined spaces across campus, regardless of the type of permit they receive. This applies to all lots EXCEPT the D lots around Dixon Hall. Only commuters with a C or X permit may park in D3. Graduate students may park in D1 and D3 (white-line spaces only).

For more information, please contact Transportation Services at 484-646-4249 or email parkingpermits@kutztown.edu. For specific questions regarding parking enforcement, please contact Public Safety at 610-683-4860.

EXPIRED TEMPORARY PASSES

When you register your vehicle, you will be given the opportunity to print a temporary permit valid for up to 10 days after issuance. Place the pass on your dash, park in any white-lines space and the parking enforcement team will know you still need to pick up your permit during the first days of classes.

If it expires before the first day of classes, simply park in a white-lined space and retrieve your permit as soon as possible.

EMPLOYEES: NEW PERMITS AND REPLACEMENT PERMITS

If you have purchased a new vehicle or need a new decal, please email a photo of your registration and driver's license to parkingpermits@kutztown.edu and we will assign you a new decal.  Once we have confirmed your registration and your permit is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
