            Professor Cebula earned her Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Justice from American University in Washington, D.C.  After graduation, she went to work in the Compliance Office in the Villanova University Athletics Department. She then attended law school and earned her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and the Certificate in Sports Law from the National Sports Law Institute of Marquette University Law School. While at MULS, she was a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review and served as a research assistant to Professor Paul Anderson, Director of the NSLI. She also served as a legal intern with the Wisconsin State Fair Park, home to the Milwaukee Mile, and the Pettit National Ice Center, and official US Olympic Training Site. After graduation, she returned to college athletics, serving various roles in the Compliance Office at the University of Delaware until she came to Kutztown in 2012.

            Professor Cebula's research interests include intellectual property and sports, and the intersection of law and motorsports.
