Nick Imbesi, Class of 2014

After serving as Student Body President for his senior year at Kutztown University, Nicholas was hired as a Campaign Manager for a State Representative Candidate running in the 2014 general elections. In 2015, Nicholas began a job as 2nd Deputy in the Berks County Recorder of Deeds Office. In this position, he supervises 10 employees in the customer service and research departments of the Recorder of Deeds Office and assists in balancing and projecting the multi-million dollar budget. Nicholas also attends events throughout Berks County to represent the elected Recorder of Deeds. Nicholas aspires to be a politician and is currently a committeeman for the local political party and serves as a commissioner for the West Reading Planning Commission. "I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for the Department of Political Science & Public Administration at Kutztown University and the amazing opportunities I received while obtaining my degree."
