Dr. Trucilla Sabatino is Assistant Professor of Music at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where she teaches Studio Voice, Voice Class I and II, and Introduction to Music Literature. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. She also holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Music from the Pennsylvania State University, and earned her Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Vocal Performance from Ohio State University.

Dr. Sabatino has a 'hands-on' style of instruction. She believes in nurturing her students to become open to many different learning experiences so that they can become not only fine musicians but also well-rounded individuals.

As a performer, she is an active guest soloist in many churches in the Lehigh Valley/Berks County area and also performs regularly on faculty recitals and with the various performance ensembles at Kutztown University. Dr. Sabatino is an accredited judge in the Miss American Scholarship Organization, and has judged competitions in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York. She is also a mentor in the Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Organization, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Miss Keystone Scholarship Organization.

Dr. Sabatino is the campus representative for the College Music Society at Kutztown University, and is also a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing. She is an active participant in the student-mentoring program for at-risk students at Kutztown University, and is a member of the Program Committee for the Music Department. She frequently adjudicates competitions for the Reading Symphony Orchestra League Youth Auditions and the Reading Music Foundation Scholarship Awards. She has also taught at the Lehigh Valley/Berks Campus of the Pennsylvania State University. Her honors and awards include Phi Kappa Phi, Chimes, Alpha Lambda Delta Scholastic Honoraries, and Pi Kappa Lambda Music Honorary.
