Bachelor of Science in:


Kutztown University offers, as both a major and minor, a program in the physical science of Chemistry in the Department of Physical Sciences. This area of study provides students with a deep understanding of this science through course-specific classes such as Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. Chemistry majors take classes in biochemistry and mathematics as well.

The program is approved by the American Chemical Society.

Kutztown's chemistry faculty provides opportunities for students to enhance their education by participating in research projects. If students choose to participate in research, they usually do so in their junior and senior years.
