Leadership

The Leadership minor allows students to draw from a variety of disciplines to study the context, skills, and  process of leadership. The practical leadership course focuses on the personal development and the practical application of leadership skills. The additional courses correlate with the context of leadership (e.g., understanding groups and organizations), skills associated with leadership (e.g., communication and effective listening), and the process of leadership, (e.g., ethics, decision-making, and collaboration).
