New International Student Orientation

International orientation is a great way to adapt to campus life before the semester begins. During international orientation you will meet other KU students, get to know the campus and the student services available to you. International orientation is required for all incoming international students. 

Fall 2023 International Orientation Schedule

Freshman International Orientation

First-year International Orientation is divided into two parts:

1. An online pre-arrival orientation - Register for freshman pre-arrival orientation
2. International Orientation - in-person - Scheduled for Wednesday August 23^rd and Thursday August 24^th 

Transfer International Orientation

Transfer International Orientation is divided into two parts:

1. An online pre-arrival orientation - Register for transfer pre-arrival orientation
2. International Orientation - in-person - Scheduled for Wednesday August 23^rd and Thursday August 24^th

Exchange Student International Orientation

Exchange Students only need to attend International Orientation.

Graduate Student International Orientation

Graduate Students only need to attend International Orientation. Please check with your academic department to find out if they have any program specific orientation activities planned.
