• This application will also serve as your registration if your presentation is accepted.
• As part of your application, we will ask you to register your research mentor(s) and if necessary your co-authors.
• You should receive a confirmation email after your abstract is submitted, and please email bemerick@kutztown.edu if you didn't receive one.

Important Dates

• Extended Submission Deadline: Sunday, October 26, 2023.

• You will be notified approximately one week after the submission deadline.

Registration Fee

• Each institution will receive a list of registrants and each university will be billed directly for their respective registration cost ($35/student presenter and $50/research mentor).
• The registration fee will cover the luncheon as well as beverages/food during break times.
