Submit Your Events

You can have your event added to the central calendar one of two ways.

  1. To submit an event requiring a room reservation, so that your event is displayed on this calendar, please go to the Conference Services Room Scheduler. Be sure to select "Yes" under the question "Would you like this event posted on the Central Calendar?" If you do not have the information when you submit your room reservation, please still select yes and then email information to when you have the information.
  2. If your calendar submission does not require a room reservation, you may send your event information to
