By opting to live on Kutztown's campus, you will join approximately 4,400 students who have chosen the same opportunity. This choice will open the door to a multitude of new and unique experiences. You will find that living on campus provides a community environment which offers far more than simply having a place to study and sleep.  Living on our beautiful campus will provide the KU student with numerous rewards through our many available options.

Kutztown University blends options for residence halls, suite-style halls, apartments, and rental townhouses.

Residence halls provide students with everything they need including Wifi and cable TV connections, computer labs, laundry rooms, and convenient elevator access.  Features such as the ResNet help desk and computer lab in Johnson Hall assist students with technology. Here, students can take their personal computers for diagnostic and repair work.

University Place and Dixon Hall are considered the luxury housing of KU. If you and a group of friends are looking for a place to live together, the suite-style set-up is ideal. These two buildings also have air conditioning and private bathrooms. Dixon Hall even has a convenience store as well as efficiency rentals for the graduate student who would like to live on campus.

You can find the Golden Bear Village Apartments on the south side of campus.  Golden Bear Village South has eight buildings with several units that are handicapped accessible or designed for visually or hearing impaired students.  Golden Bear Village West is comprised of 18 townhouses for 107 residents.  The Golden Bear Village Apartments are designed for returning or transfer students.  First-time freshmen are not assigned to the Golden Bear Apartments.

Students enrolled in the Honors Program at Kutztown University have the added bonus of living in the Honors Building, which has 46 residents. Each apartment includes a full kitchen along with cable, phone, and Internet hookups. The first-floor computer lab is accessible to Honors students and their guests. Also on the first floor is a private laundry facility.
