Open Student Position on PASSHE Board of Governors - President Hawkinson has the honor of nominating one student to be considered for a position on Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education Board of Governors, which consists of the Governor, the Secretary of Education, legislators, trustees, and three students.  Learn more about the position Learn more about the position. Position Available: Student Trustee - Kutztown University Council of Trustees is searching for a new Student Trustee. The Council of Trustees is the governing body of the University and is composed of an eleven-member board, one of whom is an undergraduate student.
