Potato Project Harvest: Volunteers needed- Looking to help your neighbors in need? Support the Potato Project at the Heritage Center.  This weekend's carrot harvest supports the Berks Food Bank and local food pantries. Sat. Oct. 7 and Sun. Tuesday, Oct. 10 classes will meet according to a Monday schedule.

Shuttle Pilot Program- KU is testing an extended shuttle service from 4-10 p.m. Mon. through Thu. until Fri. Oct. 6. The evening loop transports students among campus residence halls, academic buildings, local apartment complexes and the downtown area. The program is a project of the Student Government Board. Riders are encouraged to provide feedback to The continuation of the service will depend on the number of users during the pilot program.

Fertilizer and weed control application -  For Mon. Oct. 9. Please avoid going on the turf where applications are in progress. Drying should occur within thirty to forty minutes after the application. We are recommending that if you are walking in grassy areas, wear closed shoes and avoid flip flops or bare feet. Thank you.
