TODAY'S WEATHER

(Weather forecasts are provided by KU's Dr. Michael Davis and "Monsoon Mike" Regensburger)

High pressure remains the major player in our weather. However, a trough looks to move south from the I-80 corridor during the afternoon. This trough, along with strong convection, will produce some scattered strong thunderstorms. Lots of moisture to work with (could see flooding) and some atmospheric parameters suggest some possible hail. Keep an eye to the skies! High temperature near 90. Winds southwest at 5 mph. Rainfall between .1-.25" with higher amounts where storms occur.
