WEATHER

Weather forecasts are provided by KU's Dr. Michael Davis and "Monsoon Mike" Regensburger

Warm front lifts through the region during the day. Showers and some embedded thunder possible in the morning. Precipitation becomes widespread by afternoon. Copious low-level moisture and moderate atmospheric instability indicates a heavy rain potential. Watch out for downpours and possible flash flooding. High temperature in the mid-80s. Winds south at 6-9 mph. Rainfall between 0.1-0.25" with higher amounts where storms occur.
