Strong atmospheric subsidence should prevent any convectively based thunderstorm from forming (no relief!). Heat Advisory, issued by the National Weather Service, remains in effect until 8 p.m. Sunny skies can be expected. High temperature in the low-90s. Southwest wind 5-7 mph. Heat index near 100.
