President Hawkinson and Kutztown University hosted PASSHE annual retreat.

President Hawkinson and Kutztown University hosted the presidents from the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education last week for their annual four-day retreat.

WEBSITE OPEN WORKING SESSIONS
Aug. 21
The web office has scheduled open working sessions to provide support for users working on their sites. This is an opportunity for users to ask questions and receive support for website tasks. The next session will be held 1-3 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 21, in 200 Stratton Administration Center. This is only for users who have already been trained in the new version of Ingeniux. You can see all available dates on this form. Registration is appreciated, but not required for open sessions. Please contact Kelly Smith if you have any questions.

WEBSITE TRAINING SESSION FOR STUDENT WORKERS

Do you hire students to assist in website tasks? Perhaps you are looking for a training session, or training refresher for yourself. We have scheduled one session every week in August for these needs. All users must go through training in order to gain access to the CMS. Users can sign up for a session at this link. Without signing up, participants will not have proper permissions in place, and training will not be effective. Please contact Kelly Smith  with any questions.

WALK WITH WYNNIE MONDAY

Join Dr. Kenneth Hawkinson, Mrs. Ann Marie Hayes-Hawkinson and their dog Wynnie on a walk around campus 5:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 26. Walkers should meet on the back porch of the president’s residence. Refreshments will be served at the president’s residence at the conclusion of the walk. Participants are welcome to bring their dogs. Walk will be canceled in the event of rain.

OFFICE CHANGE
Parking and Transportation Services has joined the KU Card Office. The combined offices will now be known as KU Card and Transportation Services. As of Aug. 12, all student, faculty, staff and visitor parking permits will be distributed from their new location in 107 Academic Forum. Inquiries regarding parking decals, tickets and the campus shuttle program should be directed to 610-683-4825. Student ticket payments and appeals will still be handled via their MyKU account.

KUTZTOWN WOMEN’S BASKETBALL 2019-20 DISCOUNT CARDS AVAILABLE
The Kutztown University women's basketball team is selling discount cards for $10, $5 for students that will enable you to save money each time you support a business in Kutztown.
