FACULTY AND STAFF CONVOCATION AND CELEBRATION
It is with great pleasure that I invite you to join us for the virtual Faculty and Staff Convocation and Celebration on Friday, Aug. 21. The Faculty and Staff Convocation and Celebration will be a chance for us to celebrate all of our achievements and recognize many of our award-winning faculty and staff members. This year you will have the opportunity to view presentations by each member of President’s Cabinet and the Emergency Management Team. I hope you can join me as we embark on the upcoming academic year.

The Kutztown University Writing Center is a free service for students, offering advice and assistance with writing assignments from any course or subject and offering its services in two ways: in our physical center and online. DELANEY, WEIDMAN, PEÑA PROMOTED; PICUS TO RETIRE
Matt Delaney, the university's chief financial officer, has been named vice president for the division of Finance and Facilities. Jennifer Weidman, who had been serving as interim director, has been named KU's director of Human Resources. In addition, the Office of Human Resources will move into the division of Equity and Compliance under the supervision of vice president Jesus Peña. The changes are the result of the upcoming retirement of Sharon Picus, Kutztown University's interim vice president for Administration and Finance and the university's chief human resources officer for 22 years.
