WEATHER
Weather forecasts are provided by KU's Dr. Michael Davis and "Monsoon Mike" Regensburger
Excessive Heat Warning remains in effect. Hazy, hot and humid conditions continue today with highs near 95 and a heat index near 105. One redeeming factor will be a gusty southwest breeze up to 20 mph, which will help take the edge off of the worst heat. Don’t get too excited, it may feel like a hair dryer. Watch for a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. If you’re growing weary of this heat, big changes are coming later this weekend.
