WEATHER

Weather forecasts are provided by KU's Dr. Michael Davis and "Monsoon Mike" Regensburger

After the remnants of Tropical Storm Fred exit New England, a broad trough remains in place over the Mid-Atlantic. This will lead to mostly cloudy conditions with some light shower activity. An unsettled weather pattern sets up for the weekend as we have to consider Henri. High temperature near 80. Winds northwest at 5 mph.

GOLDEN BEAR CRAIG REYNOLDS DAZZLES IN NFL’S DETROIT LIONS DEBUT
Less than 24 hours after signing a free agent contract with the National Football League’s Detroit Lions, Kutztown University alum Craig Reynolds became a preseason story everyone is pulling for. Reynolds, who said he introduced himself to teammates in the huddle last Friday night, ran for a team-high 49 yards on six carries and scored on a 24-yard touchdown run as the Lions fell to the Buffalo Bills 16-15. The touchdown was the first of Reynolds’ professional career. Read about Craig’s debut as he looks to earn a permanent roster spot with the Lions this fall: https://bit.ly/3k5HyVP.
