Wehrung Named Associate Dean of the College of Business

Kutztown University has named Dr. Jeffrey Wehrung as associate dean of the College of Business. Wehrung comes to KU after 10 years at Black Hills State University and began at KU Aug. 3. Wehrung served at Black Hills State University, Spearfish, South Dakota, since 2012. In his recent role as special assistant to the provost, Wehrung was responsible for the coordination of academic programs for a new location at the Ellsworth Air Force Base, the transition of support for the Hospitality and Business Center and oversaw curriculum development for the Healthcare Administration program.

      The University Writing Center is a free student service - both in person and online - offering advice and assistance with writing assignments related to any course or subject. Tutors can assist students in improving the composing process, as well as development, organization, style, documentation and mechanics. Six selected for induction into Kutztown University Athletics Hall of Fame in 2022

Kutztown University proudly announced, Friday, that six former standout Golden Bear student-athletes will be enshrined in the KU Athletics Hall of Fame as the Class of 2022 in November. The newest members of the Hall of Fame include Howie Cuff '95 (cross country/track & field), posthumously, Al Fitch '04 (baseball), Kim Kelty '08 (soccer), Jordan Morgan '16 (football), Erin (Reynolds) Bastida '14 (field hockey) and Adriane (Willmer) Power '07 (softball). The 2022 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is scheduled Friday, Nov. 4, at the Nancy Jean Stump Seiger '54 Room, McFarland Student Union Building. Registration information and additional details are forthcoming.
