ANNUAL FIRE ALARM TESTING
Annual fire alarm testing will be conducted in the university’s academic and general-purpose buildings during the next several weeks, starting Monday, Dec. 16. This testing is performed to ensure the alarm and mass notification systems are properly functioning. Every effort has been made to schedule this testing around classes, events and other special activities during the daytime hours. Your cooperation is appreciated while we ensure our life safety systems are operating optimally.

STEP BY STEP PROCEDURES ON REQUISITION CREATION
Jan. 8
The KU procurement team will hold a step by step training on how to enter a requisition in SAP, 9-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, in 200 Stratton Administration Center. We will explain what fields need to be filled in, how to locate a KU-linked vendor and what additional information is needed in the text fields. This training will include Aramark ordering, commodities and honorariums. In addition, our AP team will highlight the next steps an invoice will go through in order for the vendor to be paid.
