Daily Brief

December 2, 2020

Fur wearing, antlered Belsnickel, appeared during 2019 Christmas on the Farm, Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center.

VIRTUAL CHRISTMAS ON THE FARM
The holidays are probably going to look a little different this year for all of us, but we still love hearing from all our friends and members during this special season. We had fun interacting with everyone during our Virtual Heemet Fescht that we decided to do it again for Christmas on the Farm. Join us 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 5, on Facebook LIVE. Be on the lookout for more updates including our line-up of musicians, speakers, presenters – and of course, the Belsnickel. We hope you can join us.

WEATHER

Weather forecasts are provided by KU's Dr. Michael Davis and "Monsoon Mike" Regensburger

Low pressure exits into eastern Canada as high pressure moves in from the west. The pressure gradient will be tight so we are expecting windy conditions. Sunny skies to accompany the high. High temperature in the low-40s. Winds west at 15-20 mph.
